any money put down on an item of furniture to secure an order whether partially or wholly is non refundable in the event that the customer changes their mind, doesn’t like the item or it is unwanted or able to afford the outstanding amount. As the items are custom made for you and are very hard to sell on should we need to.
The courier we use is one man and a van, therefore will require help unloading your item and placing inside your doorway. If you require him to take the item to another area this would have to be arranged with the courier himself and there maybe an additional cost to this.
If you require the courier to bring an extra person along to help lift please notify us at the time of ordering, there is an additional £50 charge for this.
Please note we do not authorise the courier to take items up flights of stairs- (for insurance and health and safety reasons) please make us aware at the time of ordering if you live in apartments etc and we shall source a courier that is insured to do such requests.
Please check your items upon delivery, once the item has been delivered and signed for by the customer they are acknowledging receipt of the item and that everything is acceptable with it. No refunds or returns can be made once the item has been signed for, this includes but not limiting scratches, dents and chipped paint done whilst in transit ( this should be taken up with the courier) This does not include faults from manufacturing errors as long as we are notified within 24hours of receiving your item.
